A dinosaur to be?
The Capital Times has an informative analysis by the former head of WisDOT Bureau of Transit, Rod Clark, of Governor Walker's budget proposal as to transportation. Mr. Clark sees it showing a quick pay-back to the road-builders for their financial support of his gubernatorial campaign. State money for road-building? Yeaaa! Git 'er done!!! State money for education? (Uuuh, . . . not so much.)
