The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports on WRA data showing a substantial jump in February home sales year-to-year. The number of homes sold in Wisconsin has increased for the eighth consecutive month. Once we bottom-out on the three and a half year collapse of the housing market the pace of the national economic recovery should improve.
